Each headshot station has the capacity to photograph as many as twenty people per hour.

The optimal use of headshot images largely depends on their intended purpose. For a headshot station designed to enhance the value of an event, we typically don't recommend retouching. We employ effective lighting and posing techniques, along with optional professional hair and makeup touch-ups, to ensure that the images appear excellent right out of the camera. However, if the images are intended for broader applications beyond platforms like LinkedIn or e-mail signatures, we do recommend adding retouching services. To facilitate easy identification and distribution, we rename each image file with the name of the person in the headshot, such as transforming "1234.jpg" into "Smith_Jane.jpg." After organizing the files, you can choose from the following delivery methods: an online gallery, secure file transfer, or individual delivery via email or text.
